Conclusion:
As you can see from the testing the Sparkle Computer Gold Class 850W SCC-850AF PSU is an excellent component. It performs beautifully while still being very quiet. I was barely able to hear a slight hum with my ear right up to it. The cable length was great but not to worry because the included Velcro ties keeps everything nice and tidy. The extras that come with it also add to the feeling of quality. The rock solid voltages have to be the most important aspect of this power suppl. It was able to maintain voltages even under full load which is what is really important when it comes to the life of your system.

Would I recommend the Sparkle Computer Gold Class 850W? Yes, for people who need a PSU that can perform  under pressure and maintain high efficiency, the Sparkle Computers 850W Gold Series Modular Power Supply is the right choice for you.

Pros:

  • Great Performance
  • Silent
  • Gold Certified
  • 5 12v Rails with very impressive Amperage
  • Price

Cons:

  • None
