For now lets just pretend it’s a nice day outside and it’s not winter here in North America. In fact it is so hot the thought of going outside makes you sick to your stomach. It is a great day to kick back and relax and play some games while sweating your (expletive inserted here) off. A nice cold drink would hit the spot but keeping it cold in this heat isn’t too easy. Well not any more The CoolIT USB Beverage Cooler is here to save the day. A nice cold beer to go along with your favorite game is a possibility I can get used to.

There is a lot to be said for gadgets these days; they make life just a little bit more fun and easy. I am a huge gadget nut and love trying out anything I can get my hands on to. This is one gadget I would be very interested in trying out, because it is so simple and actually is functional. Let’s get into the meat of this review and see how well the CoolIT USB Beverage Cooler actually works.

I love the esthetic's of this little unit it has a very clean design and doesn’t make my desk look like an eye sore. The nice thing about it is it will also match very well with all you Mac users out there. Its simplistic design is a nice change I love led’s and all that jazz, but I must say simple and clean design are a welcomed change to all the flashy crap there is out there these days.

We can see from these pictures the cooling comes from the small dorsal fan at the back running over the aluminum heat sink within. This is a very interesting design. Without having turned it on yet I would have to admit this would provide very impressive cooling.
