Closer Look Continued:

The enclosure is a shiny black on top with matte black sides and bottom. On the back of the device is where the magic happens. Here we have 2 USB ports for use with you other devices, the port for connecting your enclosure to the PC and a 5V DC in. The latter is not used unless you deem it necessary for some unforeseen reason. In normal circumstances the USB connection will power the drive by itself.

The slim profile of the device is seen in the following pictures. On the top of the drive there are 4 LEDs as well as a stop/play button. The 4 LEDs display whether or not the device is powered, the hard drive is connected, or the USB ports are being used. The button is used for quickly accessing your favorite task, a setting that can be customized with the included software. The front of the enclosure curves gently downward, so that the top and bottom eventually meet, making for an esthetically pleasing look to this enclosure.
