Test Setup: Aspire® 7720 The Aspire® 7720 with the innovative Acer® Gemstone chassis is designed for demanding multimedia users and features a powerful Intel® dual-core processor.
Testing: To test the Evercool Hermes Notebook Cooler I will be putting it up against some similar notebook cooling pads. During the tests I will be looking at the temp of the hard drive, CPU, and GPU at both load and idle. The ambient temp in the room is 26°. in order to produce load I will be using Burn in software. Test:
I must say I was pretty impressed with how well the Hermes performed over the other coolers. Seeing as how none of the other coolers included fans I truly believe that is the Edge the Hermes had over the competition. Let’s see the final thoughts:
