So what did I think of these products. Honestly I thought that they where amazing. To see an amazing drop of 16°C under load from just changing from Arctic Silver 5 to Tuniq TX-2 is unbelievable. If you are still running with Arctic Silver 5 I strongly recommend that you change it out now. For those that know the pain and hassle of changing out thermal pastes should look at getting some of the Tuniq TR-1 Thermal Material Remover. Between these two products I am definitely looking forward to seeing what else Tuniq has in store for us in the future. So would I recommend these Products? Abso-Freakin-Lootly! From an amazing drop in temp of my CPU and the easy use of the remover I would have a hard time not recommending these products. There is of course a small hitch and that is with the thermal material remover. With this I don’t see a real need for Joe Blow to go and buy a bottle of this amazing stuff if he’s just going to do a quick change of thermal material and never touch it again. However anybody that does regular work with thermal materials and knows that pain and mess that they can make I strongly recommend that you pick up a bottle of Tuniq TR-1. Even when I got some thermal material on my work bench I just added a few drops and it cleaned right up and didn’t leave a big smear on my desk. Pros: (Tuniq TX-2 Cooling Thermal Material)
Cons:

I hereby award both of these products our Editors Choice Award ![]()
