Test Setup:

Aspire® 7720

The Aspire® 7720 with the innovative Acer® Gemstone chassis is designed for demanding multimedia users and features a powerful Intel® dual-core processor.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Testing:

For this test I will running a burn in program. I will take note of the temps of the CPU, GPU, and HDD before and after the test run. The ambient temp in the room is 26° C.

From this we see that the Xpad Slim did great. The Xpad Slim Lead the pack by cooling up to 5°C, which every one knows is like 15°F. Right? Any ways it did a great job of both redirecting heat out of the laptop and away from my lap at the same time.
