The Patriot Viper Series PC2-8500 (1066MHz) Memory is incredible ram. When I was using my previous set of 800 MHz rated ram my FPS on Crysis Warhead were 21.3 with the 4830 at stock speeds. 8FPS may not sound like much but it does make a major difference. Let me assure you even if you are not an enthusiast there are many uses for high end ram like this.

Would I recommend this memory?  Yes, it is a very decent price per GB fantastic speed and timings. Gamers will notice a jump in performance without swapping graphics cards and render farm owners will love the bandwidth and rendering speeds of this ram over lower frequency memory.
