This is a nice, simple, and quick run down of quality photoshop techniques. The techniques used are great for beginner photoshop users wanting to change the style of there photo's a little. The nice thing about using this tutorial is that you can use this technique on more then just hair and eye's, this same technique canbe used to colorize certain objects in black and white as well as sepia photo's.
