Overclockers HQ Featured Build Ballistix and Asus

Stepping up to the new platform can be difficult but we wanted to share with our reader a very simple i7 build just to show what kind of performance can be achieved with the new platform. We will take a look at many different components and for the sake of time I will be linking to pertinent articles on overclockersHQ as well as other site to get a broad range of information so you the reader can make an informed decision on which parts you would like to use in your own build. There will be benchmarking of the products but only the basics we won’t be doing an extreme over clock on the cpu and we won’t be focusing on the GPU. The main focus will be on the Motherboard and the ram as well as the CPU which are the big changed from the previous platforms from Intel. So let’s get into it:
