Titan Hati TTC-NC15TZ CPU Cooler Review

Titan gained quite a bit of noticed for their CPU coolers when they released the Fenrir series. Today we will be looking at another product in that series, the Titan Hati and the Kukri fan that came with it as well as the Titan Platinum Grease thermal paste. We will test these products against stock solutions and see if there truly is a difference between stock and after market cooling. Will this be the best choice for your next enthusiast or gaming build? When you open up the package you will see that you are supplied with a range of installation gear that will let you use the Hati with almost every CPU out there. Even though it may seem like a lot of parts, the installation was very easy. Now when you look at the cooler itself it has 3 exposed 8mm diameter head contacts at the base. This allows heat to be efficiently drawn from the CPU to the fins without passing through a secondary heat spreader.

Nine massive kukri-shaped blades generate outstanding high airflow reaching
‧12cm ultra-silent fan remains the lower noise level.
‧The TITAN Z-bearing provides long life-time operation.
‧Easy installation with absorption nails which could reduce noise and vibration.
‧PWM speed controller for full flexibility.

What I really enjoyed about this fan is how quiet it is. Compared to my last one there is not much difference in volume. Titan really lives up to its slogan here, “cool and silent.” The name kukri also has some meaning behind it to. “Its name originates form a symbolic weapon for Gurkha regiments and the Nepali Army which represents the courage of the bearer in the battlefield. The nine curved blades are designed to produce stronger air pressure, speeding up the heat dissipation, and maintain a lower noise level.” After seeing the fan I think those warriors did very well haha.

I am thoroughly impressed with the Titan Hati CPU cooler, Kukri Fan, and Platinum Grease thermal paste. Titan does a good job keeping your CPU cool while still being quiet. They also made sure that the installation was easy to do but, still maintaining good design.

I would totally recommend any of the Titan products we have looked at today for someone looking for a better way to cool down you CPU. People building an inexpensive computer would probably enjoy any or all of these products because for a relatively low price you could have a nice CPU cooler, an extra fan and a good thermal paste for it. I would give the Hati cooler 8/10 the Kukri fan 9/10 and the Platinum grease 7/10. Thanks Titan for these great products and I eagerly await what they have to bring in the future.
